Basically a champion without lots of skillshots (or none), ability to outplay folks, or any complicated stuff.
Im not trying to win a lot, just play to have fun and not require much thought.

Risk of Fate1 votesVel'koz's abilities are a bunch of AoEs, the only real "skillshot" is a T shape, but you can be lazy with it and try to get a dead blow on the enemy.
I don't really have that much experience with Singed apart from playing him in ARAM, but he requires a tiny bit of mechanical skill when it comes to his fling and corrosive sludge stuff. I tend to have trouble doing the fling because it's such a short range, but it's just a point and click which isn't hard.

I'd contend that to be good at Singed you have to think more than you do on most champions. You've got to plan how you're going to bait the enemy team into chasing you, how you're going to get out safe, etc.

For that, sure. Your abilities don't require as precise timing to use effectively (exception being the fling root).
