New Players

Something has got to be put in this game to help the new players. A friend of mine recently started to pick up the game, and he refuses to do pvp matches. All he does is bot matches because the community (we're talking early levels just hitting 10) is so toxic and horrible. Everyone who gets banned from being toxic just makes a new account and does it all over. Or it's just smurfs who completely ruin the experience for new players. I don't know what but something has to happen to help the new players and stop them from being turned off from the game just from the community.
