that way: tank would have way less sustained damage AP ekko wouldn't be touched since he relies on E+Q to burst someone, and then finishes them with his W passive.

Well, passive cooldown to 12s might be wrong. HE just needs to get the extra damage removed. he does 1/3 of your hp which is not okay.

Best princess EU1 votesremember that it used to have 3 seconds cd, and was increased to 6 seconds, i agree that 12 seconds might be too much, but at least it needs to be increased. and his passive doing 1/3 of your hp isn't the problem, in fact AP ekko needs it, look at Diana's passive (more damage) and has no cooldown. it's ok because she doesn't have ekko's stickness.
AP ekko doesn't need sustained damage, and tank ekko can abuse it because of the slow and because of his kit.
