Xerath or Vel'Koz

I like playing underplayed champions, so I've narrowed it down to these two. I don't care which one can escape ganks better or something, but which one is better for

-harassing in lane -does more damage -team fights -1v1's -minion wave clear

Which one would you pick and why? :V

Xerath

He my 2nd favorite male character and I find him better at minion wave clear, harassing, and 1v1 (due to his stun).

Vel'koz can do more damage due to his passive true damage, but I always find Xerath better at surviving.

Well, Vel'koz is a hidden op. He is pretty difficult to master, but his high base damage is one of the highest in the game. He harasses really well, teamfights are great, and minions dissapear. Xer'ath is easier (somewhat) but he needs good map awareness. Unlike Vel'koz, he has low range but higher scalings. Vel'koz is better at harrassing and teamfights. Xer'ath has a good late game damage. But are below average in 1v1 and good at minion waveclear.

.....did you just say Xerath has low range?

Ha you spelled Vel'koz so much that you put an apostrophe in Xerath's name

I think im gonna go with Vek'koz because I like harder champs :P

I'd say they are both about the same difficulty, with an edge to Xerath because his ult can be pretty difficult to land.

I'll go with Vel'Koz because, unlike Xerath, it just seems like Vel'koz can kill once he's level 6 and he poked his enemy down to 60-70% health once he combos and ends with his ult when Xerath has to use his ult from farther away so he doesn't die.

...I fail to see how that makes Vel more difficult. And you don't need to use your ult to kill someone with Xerath. Poke them down with Q and W, and if they start to back off, that's when you ult them.

Vel'Koz is better at team fight and has more damage

Xerath has better wave clear, much superior range, and (I think) better 1v1

Both about equal for harrassing, although Xerath has it a bit better as long as you can land skill shots (his primary poke isn't blockable)

I play both, but much more Xerath. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Velkoz is better at what you want. Xerath and VELKOZ are very similar but xerath is just safer. Basically they do the same thing except VELKOZ is higher risk higher reward.
