Is there a League stats program?

I wanted to know, if there is a program that I can download that I can use while I play league and it can either detect the players in my game or just open it and type my name in and it show me who each player plays, W/L, runes, etc. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A SITE TO LOOKUP STATS. I know a million of those but I wanted to know if there's any programs that do the same thing and if they're worth it at all. I don't want anything that will put me at risk of being banned. I just want a program that will (safely) be able to help me look up players or stats and stuff or builds/reddit threads, kinda similar to champion.gg. If there's any worth mentioning, please drop it below.

just use the phone app you could possibly be banned or permabanned for what your saying its legal if u use your phone to do it but to have a program that reads from the game data as its being used in game could be seen as modifying the code.

also that program you are talking about could be used the wrong way lets say your playing adc in ranked and your in your promos and your support is an autofill who barely has any experience in the role with 1-2 games with that champ and role under his belt and u find that out from that program and start to harass him about it

overwolf used to display rune page and masterys w/l etc with this one addon till riot shut that addon down saying it gave the player an unfair atvantage and with that addon it only showed during the loading screen

addon was overstats i beleive but riot did a patch to league where it stoped working at patch 5.14 (this is from the overwolf site)
