So I'm punished for having to fix another's mistake?

How much sense does it make that I join a ranked game lobby and within ~2 mins I've ended up with a yorick jg, double adc. But worse than that, I HAVE to dodge, I mean I physically can not put myself through another game of this. I think there should be a option in ranked to votekick people in the lobby and then specify a reason. Votekicking would be post champ-select but before loading screen, and you would have 30 secs to initiate a vote kick and the vote kick would be 30 secs to respond to vote. If the vote passes, the player is kicked from the lobby, and they are prevented from joining ranked as if they dodged a game. I realize there may be situations in which people may just not like someone and kick them, but it's more fair than having to deal with 40 mins of a team with 2 adcs, troll jgs, double mids, (you get the idea). It's just not fair that I have to dodge ranked and get automatically stamped a "Leaver" by Riot. There are situations in which I HAVE to leave, as playing at lower elo with trolls makes it impossible to win games. Please feel free to help me perfect this idea and give feedback as to how to make it better, basically the idea is to stop people from troll picking in RANKED ONLY. The option to votekick will not be available in normals, as there is no real penalty for LOSING a norm. Alright guys well thanks for reading and please let me know what you think.

The entire idea of ranked is that you queue up with these people and that's what you're going to deal with. You hope that they're playing to win, and if they aren't? Report them. Implementing a system like that would put yet another stop along the road to actually playing a match, and as it is getting into a ranked match takes entirely too long. It would also discourage players from experimenting to try something new in ranked, or when they try something in normals and find it works, but then take it to ranked, other players might not believe them that it works and they would then get votekicked under a system like that.

Play the match. Try to stay positive. Smart plays can still trump disadvantages. If it doesn't go well, report them afterwards for lack of communication, being unskilled, or griefing. Keep your chat log clean so none of it can come back to you, and queue up for the next match when that one is finished.

Nono,for Rioterino pasterino that's unfair, what's fair is that when someone picks Lee sin mid after syndra was picked and then says "this is my smurf, I'm gonna troll" you deal with it and lose your game.
