[CLIENT] Can't select 19th or 20th rune page in dynamic queue?

The title says it all, when I queue up for dynamic queue it does not allow me to scroll down to my 19th or 20th rune page, only in dynamic queue does this error occur, I know this because I made a custom game to reproduce the error and it allowed me to select them, but for the past 2 ranked games it won't scroll down to them, it only goes to the 18th rune page. Please fix this ASAP
