Community development team (PLEASE READ AND BUMP/SHARE)

Okay so I'm kind've getting tired of all these game modes being released that nobody cares about, tired of all these updates to a flawed game that can be fixed easily if Riot were to actually LISTEN to the players. There is no way (besides here) for ANY idea to make it up to the riot big bosses besides a post being 1-upped a million times. I believe there's a lot of players with a lot of GREAT ideas, a lot of potential, a lot of knowledge. But the problem is, Riot doesn't hear out EVERY one of these ideas. I'm not saying they're in the wrong, but they definitely don't hear out NEARLY enough of the ideas that the players WANT to see. I think something as simple as polls in game at the champ loading screen or champ select maybe would help with seeing if these ideas are what the MAJORITY of league players want. Like for example, I think it'd be a great idea if dodging make your queue longer but didn't make you lose LP, or focusing on players constantly losing games due to trolls/afks/feeders and not being refunded their dues. AS I'm writing this I have a adc that ragequit and is making me waste another half hour of my life, and lose LP. All for what? Basically what I'm saying is there's a lot of changes Riot ISN'T focusing on. They're more focused on releasing the next big skin to make that money, or the next gamemode that nobody wants to play. YES I'm aware of the polls on here, but what good does it do if nobody gets on here? The polls should be in game, not here, hidden away. I believe this game has so much more potential if Riot would fix the problems at hand ruining the game and making people NOT want to play it.
