@Meddler Make the Mana Pool of all Melee Champions the same

*Excluding because they both exceed 1200 Mana at level 18 *

Why? Riot has said they no longer think of Mana as the main way to balance champions, since they almost always used it to constrain most picks. This is Season 5 and 2015 and they claim they have moved past that practice yet base mana for Melees is really low across the board. What gives?

Why make these changes?

**Melees have to commit more and plan more to actually do any damage, clear or fight the enemy laner. Why must Ranged Champions and Mages be the kings of Mana pools? **

Because most of these are not able to lane well against most picks because of their limited mana and many are forced to jungle because of it, or for most they have to buy Flask every single start no matter who they are against. **Why should they be forced to do this? ** Non AP champs don't have ways to solve their Mana issues like Morello/Athene/Seraph/Chalice other than Frozen Heart which is expensive and not ideal against most teams, and for most of these characters they can't really justify it.

Raise all Mana to 400 - 1200 except for because the only thing holding her back from OPness is her Mana pool
