Why is Zed getting compensation?
Can you just lower his ratio's without upping his waveclear please? Like, he is at a 80% ban rate right now and youre just going to bring him down to a 70% ban rate.

He isn't getting compensation. He is getting changed so that skill plays into his damage threat. Obviously hitting multiple shurikens on slow moving minions is pretty easy, leading to slightly increased waveclear, but for champs its less damage if you only hit 1 and not 2 or 3. They did lower ratios on Q and R.
