I'm sick of seeing Rivens walk into lane with 9 CDR+.
She's like the only champion who invests in those. Supports have so many CDR items that they don't need them. Its literally only there for Riven to spam her low cool down shield.
KVbqbFsC8e1 votesThose are essential on Nasus.
fasega1 votesActually Nasus needs CDR runes to help him stack more effectively. There are also a lot of champions that benefit from it as it allows them to skip some CDR items for better raw stats.
Cindikle1 votesIt'd make more sense to increase her early rank CD's to compensate instead of screwing over everyone else who uses them.
Not that Riot would likely do either.
EndlessSorcerer1 votesScaling CDR runes are actually used by many mages in the mid lane.
Flat CDR runes see some use on junglers and Nasus.
