May you finally fix the garen bug please? garen isnt supposed to do 700 dmg within 3 seconds at level 1 with just judgement, this is very clearly a bug that needs to be addressed before the mode is put out or garen needs to be disabled as im tired of losing becasue garen destroyed our team and did 64k dmg in the first 8 minutes of the game

...why? Isn't that precisely the point of urf, for certain champs to abuse its features and become utterly broken? It is not a balanced mode - it is in fact the exact opposite of that. You shouldn't be asking for balance or fairness between each champions, nor should you expect it. There are some champs that can straight up 1v9, and hate it you may, that is exactly the reason why those who like it are liking it.
