Her win ratio is too low. Her ult is too hard to use and doesn't add damage at all. Her W CD is way too high, before, you could level up it and be able to counter some AA damage from ranged champions, now you can't. Please do something for her

pretty much all out ad and cdr, only the most basic defenses and i dont suck with riposte. try stacking hydra, bloodthirster and maw. that should get you through a fight.
i usually end up with between 75% and 80% for all 4 marks on her ult, and that includes 1 extra defensive item like dead mans plate or ga.
in one of my recent games i scored a pentakill on her and was able to 1v2 a rammus and a jax on multiple occations.
if youre going to build her bruiser, or low ad/attack speed items like bork on her, then she will suck. all of her abilities are geared towards low base values and high ad scalings. youre supposed to mostly build her like a glass cannon and survive with skill and timing.
