@Meddler Can we talk about Eve?
Every time she becomes even remotely popular, she gets nerfed (in extremely significant ways). When Vayne was overbearing, she got nerfed 3 ad. When Fiora was overbearing, she lost a small amount of base hp and armor. When darius was overbearing, he lost 3% missing hp heal on his Q in exchange for a greater maximum capacity. But now, when no one has been calling eve an issue, she got 40 mana added to an extremely repeatable skill on her kit that was recently changed to be even more spammable due to cd decrease on spell hit.
If you read eve's patch history, she's recieved nerf after nerf even at times when she's not commonly played. I can understand that her stealth often feels oppressive, but if her stealth is too powerful, why is it that it's the only thing in her kit that's been totally untouched? Obviously there's something wrong with her kit right now, because she's not allowed to be good. With that in mind, I have a few questions that I would really love to see answered.
- Do you guys agree that eve is not in a good place right now and needs some work?
- Do you guys have anything planned for her?
- if you aren't planning on doing anything for her, why not?
- If you are planning on doing something, could we get some sort of time frame?
Ty for your time, I would really appreciate some clarification. I feel like I can't even play eve anymore because i'm not in high tiers where vision is highly contested and I know that if I picked a top-tier jungler like lee, I could be a lot more use to my team.
