should you remove TWISTED TEEline and dominion specific nerfs?

since u returned 3v3,makes renekton end game lose about 1.5k -2.2k gold worth of stats because -30 magic dmg /s and 300 health ,and not only late game

and jarvan dmg is broken with 10 9 8 ,instead of 10 8 6 cd passive ,constant dps is broken down,and Q shred is 12-18% instead 12-26%

returned map reconsider please i was wining with jarvan on dominion 1v1, then i was thinking (this is map specific nerf like 3v3 one) after the cd nerf on passive and Q shred she facewrecked and outdamaged me everytime

if there is gonna be specific map tune,tune more or tune none i think there are way more op picks considered
