So Riot dropped a bombshell on us (get it cuz his SpecFor skin? I'll see myself out...) when they (FINALLY) buffed GP's ult out of its RNGesus state that was just pitiful. But the million dollar question to the reds are is this all Gangplank is getting changed, or is he still somewhere by Fiora on the rework list?

That's not what OP asked. He was asking what the status of the GP rework is, because they've already said he's getting one.
