Riot, please include spell vamp/lifesteal, crit chance, and %MS in the new rune system.
With the removal of runes, these 3 stats are a lot harder to include in a build. Current masteries for MS are absolute garbage and usually revolve around a teeny tiny spec of MS while out of combat only, compare this to 4.5% unconditional MS from 3 MS quints and the difference is massive. The masteries for spellvamp/lifesteal are also far inferior to the amount you could get with runes. Finally, there's no way to get crit chance from masteries. I know they're not commonly used, but I think the option should remain available. For example, an off-meta build might be to include 10% worth of crit in runes, and go IE>ER instead of getting a zeal item. Again, I realize this is not common but I think it should remain possible. These are stats that will be irreplaceable after the current rune system is removed.
