Nor Keystones either. Thought you would have some decent and easy poking with Comet or Aery? Nope, her W doesnt proc it.

Healing from Ravenous? Nope

Hoping to gain some mana as a mana hungry champ from Manaflow? Nah.

Now I can understand why they dont want her Ws to apply onhit effects like BotRK, but spell effects in general? Aside from Ashe in this patch Sivir has to be the most gimped champion right now. Oh and as a side note, Ashe's passive doesnt synergies with IE's true damage. But yeah lets give Yasuo a little help instead.

Ashe still builds IE, because it converts a portion of her W into true damage, and furthermore takes that portion and allows you to lifesteal off of that true damage off of every target hit as if it was single target.

So while it doesn’t synergize with her passive, it’s not like it’s bad on her.
