Minor rune for Sorcery....Spell flow: Ability to see champs spells that are on cooldown.
This would be so helpful while duelling in team fights.

DM For Rat Facts1 votesPart of the skill in league is knowing cooldowns. Riot wouldn't add this nor do I think it's healthy for the game.
