While attack speed slow doesn't, if you are looking for pure tankiness against crit-reliant champions(like very meta

), and already have one Omen, beefeness from second one will beat beefeness from DMP or Sunfire Cape by far.
Of course, movespeed or damage may still outweight it, but if what you need is pure survi, stacking multiple Omen's might be the way to go.
