He's also super clunky and kitable.

They should probably adjust his interaction with Gargoyle Stoneplate, but still, he's pretty easy to play around. His win rate is pretty low.

tbh they should just make it to where the damn thing doesn't affect abilities/items that scale with hp or not much anyway

Yeah Cho is really super outdated, he is neither satisfying to play against nor that satisfying to play aside from that normal game that you play because you saw a Gargoyle's video on YT.

He is probably a strong candidate for a VGU seeing how every single ability of his is super outdated. I'd love to hear some input of a Cho main as to what parts of his kit/identity they find appealing.

The 1000 damage is for minions and monsters. Champions take significantly less damage than that. I do think he does get out of control if he gets ahead. I remember a game where I had 7k HP, and my build was something like item 3158 item 3027 item 3110 item 3135 item 3065 item 3089 item 3340 (not in that order). Two health items, 7k max life, and (as Phreak would say) tons of damage. You have to build anti tank items to have a prayer against him.
