Can you please make estimated Queue times more accurate?

Whether my queue takes 5 seconds to pop or 15 minutes, the estimated time is always between 1:45 and 2:30. I understand it is just an estimate but I feel there has to be a way to tailor each players estimated queue time to them to make it at least a bit more accurate. It would be nice to know I have around 10 minutes to grab a drink or let my dog out or something rather than not knowing if my queue is gonna pop in the next 10 seconds.
