In no way have I ever seen a twitch be more of a threat then vayne haha.
Plus having a passive true damage ability makes it easier for vayne to build more damage oriented and less counter oriented. Her passive naturally shreds tanks and high HP champions, mix that with a Bork, or some Armor pen and you're screwed.
Its true though, she is very weak late game.. .but if you don't finish the match in the first 15 min, your chances of winning a fight go further and further down the drain.
For example, I had not only 8 kills and 30 CS advantage on a vayne, but I had been dominating our laning phase. Then vayne pops out of no where and we both burst each other.... she nearly killed me, with less items, less damage, less AS, less everything. She naturally does more damage than most champs
To me thats strong
Twitch is a bigger threat in team fights. Vayne can melt one person at a time, Twitch melts entire teams. Twitch is probably the single strongest late game team fight ADC.
The same is true of any late game champion. If you stomp on a Yi early game, no matter how well you did, if you don't close out the game he is going to outscale basically every other jungler (at least in terms of damage).
There's more to the game than dueling. Caitlyn isn't a duelist. Vayne? Probably the best duelist among ADCs. Caitlyn is much more valuable in sieges though, due to her long range, Q, and her traps. She's also safer.
So what I'm saying is don't try to duel Vayne unless you are a duelist or an assassin. Some ADCs can potentially do it, like Quinn, but most can't 1v1 Vayne.
