said it before and will say it again. Sona is clunky for WAY too long

This isn't me saying Sona needs to be URF levels of powerful, from start to end. This isn't even a situation of "well the meta doesn't favor her", since this issue has been around for several meta shifts (including ones where enchanters were favored). A champion should not feel 'slow ' when they have 45%+ CDR. A champions kit should not need BOTH high AP and over maxed out CDR before it begins to function as an asset to your team.

I honestly challenge people who disagree to play like 2-3 games with her, then tell me if i'm blowing smoke out my ass or if she really does feel SUPER slow, clunky, and generally unhelpful to your team before level 11 (or levels 6-10 with 45% CDR via items and runes + the 10% ult passive)
