Poppy is still oneshotting people while running full-tank builds, because amazingly her ult isn't where any of her damage comes from.

If you got one-shot by Poppy, then you're clearly doing something wrong. It's either you fed her to god knows what foresaken level, or you're just really bad at the game.

Poppy isn't OP. Her Q does 7% of your health as damage and this isn't true damage so it can be mitigated by armor. Her E stuns you but she also has her autoattacks and combos. It's impossible for a Poppy to oneshot you unless you're at level 1 and she's full-build already. Literally...

Most of her damage comes from autos.

It's pretty impressive that you've managed to be wrong on every word you've said. A level 4 Poppy with her passive off cooldown and only a item 2033 can easily 100-0 anyone who doesn't have some form of defensive steroid. Her E's damage is doubled if she gets the wall stun, and the stun in turn guarantees she hits both parts of her Q, again doubling the damage. Followed by her empowered auto you'll come out at critical health in all cases, meaning you have to bail out of lane because she hit you with a single targeted ability. Autos are literally the least of her damage unless her passive is up or she has IBG so you really don't know what you're talking about.

And my post was also referencing all classes/roles since your post is generic. "Poppy is still one-shotting people" - Do you see how vague your post is?

With a tank vs tank fight, she'll have to auto her way through it. If you're a squishy, kite her - it isn't that hard. And as a squishy, you should stay next to your team and know not to stand next to walls. Seems to me you're just inexperienced with the game to know how to avoid her. To me, Poppy is healthy and doesn't need any nerfs to her kit anymore.

This is pretty ignorant as that just means the opposing player is incompetent at playing against Poppy. I can play Fiora, Jax, Jayce, Vayne, Teemo, Cho'gath - and still handle Poppy.

Please re-read your comment and ensure you know what you're talking about because it seems to me you're a beginner struggling with the basics of League.

Sturdy yes, but I really wouldn't call her immortal.

She's almost un-chase-able though, I'll give her that. I think most of the complaints directing at her "immortality" is actually complaining about how hard it is to pin her down thanks to her W's active and R.

I would absolutely use the word immortal. Her passive plus CoC means she has 100% uptime on some form of shield and those shields only get bigger and bigger a the game goes on. Even in lane as soon as she takes W she becomes nearly impossible to put down by any means. All while having a Pantheon style stun-then-kill point and click combo.

1 shot means you get 1 shot (100-0) poppy stun and Q as full tank doesn't 1 shot, it didn't 1 shot before as old poppy (maybe full ap but even then I doubt it 1 shot) and old poppy dealt more considerable burst damage. If you are complaining that poppy deals a lot of damage for a tank then say that, but no need to over exaggerate to get your point across...
