Question: Why did riot add such a small ap ratio on Ornn ult if it's the only ap ability?
On the PBE, riot added a 0.20 ap ratio to both parts of Ornn ult. Why? This does practically nothing if I built ap or am I missing something?

Catastrop2 votesMaybe it's so that he has reason to build a few choice utility ap items? Not sure what they'd be considering his kit, it's seems pretty pointless considering the ratio anyway.

DuskDaUmbreon1 votesBecause it allows AP from items to be used. Say he wanted Guinsoo's, for the passive. If he had no AP scalings, the item's likely a waste. No matter how much he could use the passive.
This is why Kindred never bought Guinsoo's, even before their passive was reworked: The AP was a completely wasted stat.
