Even as a tank jungler Juggernaut is a horrible choice atm. It doesn't help your clear or jungling in any aspect. While Tenacity is a great stat Merc have become a must in most games due to the nerf of other MR items.
A ward would make this item more appealing.

However it is functional and helps out when jungler run sweeper (which btw I have been forced to Sight totem +475g to pink, due to lack of gold gen and full build = no space for wards).
A warding jungle item is great to have, hell make a new Jungle item that allows Smite to create a ward when clicked on the ground or bush.
Old wiggles can still be part of SR. (Stats would need to be changed)
AtheosisX1 votesI actually think the ward-loaded jungle items were bad. Too many wards makes for boring games. Juggernaut needs an armor bonus and damage reflect against monsters, not wards.
