i keep having support malzahar in my games, there are no supports that can destroy him and in teamfight he gets a point and click suppression that can't be reduced by tenacity/cleansed, forcing you to buy QSS on 5 people
from my match history he has like 80% win rate

I think it's pretty effective. In the case of Malzahar and Ziggs bottom lane, it's impressive that they seem to find some success even though people aren't particularly practiced with the champion in that particular role. That said, I think Malzahar's lane takes some getting used to playing against but once you understand voidlings it's not hard to counter them.
Heard Caitlyn/Malzahar was a pretty deadly combination but... Caitlyn just about anything is pretty rough for most match-ups bottom.

deadlychuck1 votesHe's not that bad, if he goes ignored in a fight, his voidlings will shred who ever he gives aids.
His silence can prevent summoners or ults at important points in the fight, and his ult is still a 2.5 sec suppress. He really don't scale amazingly with AP, and it's more important that he goes ignored in a fight, which when paired with the ADC who is normally seen as the bigger threat of the bot lane, then rarely will they focus too much on stopping you from building up in a fight.
