All it does is (potentially) add mordekaiser to the bot lane roster; any other melee champion without that XP bonus won't be able to lane bot. Instead of doing that you should add a mechanic in the game which other melee champions can access that gives them a way to combat ranged ADs bot.
The XP buff to Morde doesn't fix anything in the long run.
Erockandroll1 votesI think that was kind of the point. Riot was trying to make an exception to the Rule. Not remove it completely. Though it could potentially make Mord incredibly niche. Since it does not really excuse you from not having an ADC, means the entire team comp would have to work around that.

You still have an ADC. if you kill the enemies ADC you have the ghost.

Fairly good point, but you would be entirely reliant on you Ult to have an ADC which will obviously have a limited up time.
Kãtãrinã1 votesthe reason i think he can work as your "Carry" is cause you kill the ENEMY ADC to have an adc via ghost.
