And I'm not talking about trolls or inters either. I am talking about legitimate teams with players who just don't care about winning at all and would rather hunt for their personal best high score at the KDA game than do anything that is remotely helpful toward securing victory.
Teams like one of my recent batches in which three enemies were down and my team was in the perfect position to secure baron, but, instead of taking it, they wanted to chase the remaining two survivors of the enemy team in un-warded territory. By the time the survivors were found, the three enemies we had worked hard to put down were back up.
I just surrendered, knowing that I wasn't going to win with a team like that.
Honestly that's now I play these days myself.
There is no point in trying to learn the game anymore as odds are the next patch will just massively change everything anyway. So I just mess around and try random crap. I no longer take LoL seriously because Riot doesn't either. I'd rather try to see how many shrooms I can get down on 45% CDR teemo in a roughly pentagram shape behind a tower than actually try to win.
Hell I'm sure MOST players of traditional junglers and ADC's feel the same damn way. Between IE nerfs and the whole double jungle/funneling strat 40% of the player base simply doesn't care anymore.
Only people happy with the changes are the few Nunu/Karthus/Taric mains and people that actually enjoy jungling adc's.
Me I just log into League to derp around when my HOTS duo isn't around... and my DAoC 8 man isn't running.
