Skarner doesn't do true damage but he forces me to play dominion on summoners rift now, which is just as bad.

Gangplanks true damage is probably the most well designed, so no real complaints I suppose.

But holy shit, enough is enough. Things don't need true damage to scale well, especially %hp true damage at that.

Per every 1 AP that Syndra gets she would deal 0.09 additional bonus true damage.

Comparatively to deal as much AoE true damage as a 0 AP Ahri's maxed (Q) on second pass (base 140 true damage on return), Syndra would need to accumulate 1,172 AP.

The average Syndra may have about 250AP at level 9. 230+(250(.6)) = 380(.15) = 57 Bonus True Damage unlocked at Level 9.

Comparatively a 0 AP Ahri begins to deal 40 true damage from Level 1.

For all it's worth I would rather have 15% permanent flat movement speed tacked onto Q instead of any extra damage.

And don't forget she always had this damage, it just became true damage. It means your damage is not much changed and buffed against squishies who have pretty MR. It's not even 130 true damage with 1000 AP. Even when you had 1000 AP, you will not notice it because it's what? 60 or 70 damage more?
