I have never played a game where people purposely fail or set them selves up to failing

one thing to do. and that is quit the game of lol forever.

I have been playing games for a while. I'd say. I started playing online games about 6-7 years ago. before I was mostly a single player games person. played some cod. counter strike. some sports games online. and league is the first "Competetive" game I played. a lot of these games were casuals. you queue up for a game. some of them are team games. some of them are solo. I never really encoutered a person that would purposely play badly. or lose his team or his own game on purpose just because they don't feel like trying. even when I play a silly game. like Naruto shippuden online on my playstation. I never won a single match in that game because I sucked and people always were good. even though it was a casual online mode. there was no ranking or anything gained from winning besides winning. I never won anything bcause I sucked in fighters. same thing with mortal kombat X online. I literally lost like 50 times and won like once or twice. again in the casual online mode. I sucked at counter strike and a lot of other games online. was always average or below. I never seen a guy pick the shitty character in naruto even as a casual online game because nobody wants to lose really even if it doesn't mean anything. never seen anyone just stand there and not do anything while their team loses in overwatch or call of duty. even the guy that has like a 3/12 scoreboard is just actively doing something. and might not be helping his own score but setting up others to succeed.

So I started playing league a cpl years ago and I made it into platinum on several accounts. platinum 1 was as high as I go. well. few days ago I demoted from one my accounts. I was about to get back to platinum 1. multiple times I played 5 plat 1 promos in 2 days. because I would just fail one after the other but lose no games in between. I kid you not I had 3 of these promos. a troll bot lane. annie bot iwth pantheon support with no experience what so ever. I had a guy that locked nunu top with ghost ignite. and few others. like corki jungle. coincidentally. all of these were in promo games soI can't really dodge. and when you ask others to dodge. they don't. they say they're on promos. you look them up. they aren't. . I had a guy that went afk and we almost won a 4v5. that was 5 days ago. obviously I lost all of these 5 promos. not a single time did I actually have a full fair series.

today I was like. I will give the people of this game. one more chance. I will give the community of this game one more chance. maybe. its my fault. I queue up for a game. I go to champion select. I have top lane. our support is autofill. a top lane main. I main top too. he says "can I play anything but bot lane?". I give it to him. I go support. I don't mind giving my role to others. I always so I won't when they end up doing badly and then smack talking everyone in chat or spamming surrender button. but I always end up giving the role because I dont mind playing anything besides adc (am bad at it) and some people do.

my adc dies at level 1. and at level 2. and at level 3. and at level 4 he starts running it down mid. well. we lost. all I said was "hmm". I look up their op.gg after the game. they have good winrates on adcs they play. but the champ he/she played was at 0% winrate over few games. so no experience at all with it. so they set themselves upto fail by not picking a character they can play. and they refuse to try pretty much after 1 death. this is probably my last game in league of legends. because there is no hope. there is really nothing to salvage. I have played many games. free to play. facebook multiplayer games. you name it. I tried some of it at least. I never seen anything behave the same way people do in this game. set themselves up to fail from minute 1. am not sure what this game does to people and their mentality for them to be self destructive and team destructive and uncommunicatable. but I will quit before I turn into one of them.

I just don't understand it.

I haven't bought a gaming console since I played league because I was delusional to think I will play this for a long time. but I guess this is a good ending for me. I will just pick up a game console play a normal game and save myself sanity.
