I mean come on. Helicopter dick is the only ability worth keeping, the rest is LITERALLY basic attacks, self-buffs and a jump.
It's not like Jax causes any problems(he had historically, when changes to the game and starter items made it easy to survive early game, but it was solved), but if there is a champion with "room for improvement", it's Jax.

I have 0 problem beating A HYPER fed jax. you just need ap damage and a stun on your team. he dies every single time. he has no sustain. his resistances don't matter. literally every great tank or diver or bruiser that exists has either healing or %damage mitigation or a shield. jax has none. his Stun lasts a glorious one entire second. he does no damage if he doesn't build more 2 damage items late game because he has no true damage. no % damage. and no penetration and he doesn't build them anyway.
he has no stickiness. no slows. no movement speed buff and a short cc. an interruptable slow short gapcloser.
a self buff ulti that its active is among the WORST ultimates in the entire game. a passive that you will never stack outside of 1v1s. and even then who the fuck 1v1s you late game anyway? you just get collapsed on. no sustain. no shield . not much of escapeability. weakest laning phase for a skirmisher and one of the worst in the game in general. and his base attack speed is low as fuck so his passive is probably %30 weaker than it would be on an average skirmisher.
low base health. low base armor. LOW scaling. base damages are SHIT until level 16 and even then he has no penetration.
Jax needs a rework more than irelia. not as much as pantheon. but more than irelia. hes garbage.
master yi can build mostly damage and outplay your with Q invis and W damage reduc. but also he cann't be slowed so he can insta gib you.
Fiora can build much tankier than Jax and can avoid cc with W. much stickier. much more mobile and has ridiculous sustain
yasuo is a lane bully that has variety of ways to outplay and is a lane bully.
what does Jax have going for him. nothing really. fiora destroys him in and out of lane. the W makes his E useless. and makes his attack speed half. also the true damage he cannot handel.

His whole play pattern being "dash. stun. Either win or lose trade" is boring as all fuck and he has fuck-all counterplay when he's strong.
