Draven is not OP. He doesn't have mobilitiy and has to attack least every so often to keep his spinning axes up. so it shouldn't be that hard to gank him. If your team just ignored him and he got some early kills and got way ahead, then you should lose. Just consider ganking him to be a higher priority than ganking most other ADCs so he doesn't get this far ahead.
