Premades should never decide surrender votes.
If there is a premade, mainly a duo, one of the duo should be disabled to vote seeing as how they can both click no all the time. A simple change that needs to be implemented.

The number of games I won because both me and one (or both) of my sisters have clicked "no" is way to high for me to agree with you.

Homestly this is just one of a mnay problems DQ has and is one of minor importance. But I surrender, DQ wins and I leave.
TBH surrender should be removed entirely. It does nothing but spawn toxicity by players who just love giving up.
Surrender just needs to be reworked all together. If it's 3 yes to 2 no, clearly the 3 yes should win.
