Let Darius bleed apply hunters talisman when you rework thunderlords please

Thunderlords will get reworked to no longer almost always instaproc on spells like Miss Fortune E, Morgana W, Rumble Q, etc.

This would be the perfect time to allow Darius Bleed to apply hunters talisman to make his jungle semi viable. It wont make him broken, it won't make him a god tier jungler, and it certainly won't cause a huge meta shift.

This buff would make our hand of noxus semi viable in the jungle again. I miss Darius jungle :(

:P It's slow and speed up, btw. With Deadmans and BC, and sometimes Ghost, it's already hard enough to get away from him, especially with his grab + slow and auto attack reset slow.
