Ya it sucks randuins straight up counters crit chance a lot NEW PASSIVE: 10% reduced damage from Critical strike icon Critical strikes. This affects the total attack damage dealt by a critical strike, not an additive 10% reduction in their critical strike damage. Ashe is particularly affected by this Say one ADC has 50% chance to crit with like 300 ad times 2.50= 750 crit 10% of 750 is 75 (750 plus 300 )/2= 525 Ashe with 50% crit has the damage flattened. 525 times 10% = 52.5 times two per auto is 105 DMG vs 75 Over long run they have same DMG. Yet it mitigates more vs her. Granted they do have an edge with static shyv granted to crit

Though usually trade off since you get less sustain with it once paired with BT.

Then again she does have frost shot passive, though tbh if first auto isn't a crit the 10% is necessary to makeup since its not 100% flat damage she has to apply frost first.
