Am I the only one with shorter queue time but therefore more unbalanced matchmaking in season 9?

I always had queue times between 1:30 and 1:40 in the last season and pre season. Now most of my game invites are between 0 and 30 seconds and often the teams are VERY unbalanced. Weird new/unranked accounts (with only 3 feed-loses in Matchhistory) vs Teams with otp's who have already 200 games this season. Or one team with complete negative winrate the other with 2 smurfs 85% winrate who deleted everything. On my or the other side.

I would like to know if you noticed a shorter queue time, too.

I have really short queue times because I am playing support. Also I figured out a bit about the matchmaking system, anytime I go on a winning streak I get paired worst and worst team mates compared to the enemy team. Sure their ranks are higher but they have around 30 to 40 percent win rates compared to the enemy team with 60 to 70 percent win rates. This is very frustrating because as a support you can't expect me to carry without some help unless I play champs like Brand. Which worked for a bit until the same thing happens when I am facing people who actually know how to play their champs quite well. So basically don't be surprised If teams are really unbalanced sometimes.
