I know Riot isn't based off of favoratism but....

sometimes Riot it really seems you base balance off of that

I remember when a red said "sejuani was in the spotlight for awhile,so she'll be buffed later" (which i expect will take the same time it took to buff elise and then proceed buff>buff>the breaking buff>nerfed>nerfed)

yet....Lee Sin(no I'm not one of those guys that finds him aburdly broken he is just frustrating af) who although win rates don't show his play rate does he has basically been in the spotlight since his release and which the community has a tendency to absolutely despise him.He is extremely frustrating to play against, but then you still buff him.

This isn't a Lee Sin hate thread this a thread about how balance is treated so unfairly Lee Sin was in the spotlight for what? 2-3 years

Sej's prime was in the short-lived tank meta which was considered "awhile" compared to 2-3 years in the spotlight

I respect any contstructive replies here so as long 1.they dont point out my rank, since this isn't a QQ broken thread 2.Saying noob and shit like that

The thing with Lee Sin is he's fun to play. People see his highlight reels and want to try it out, which is why he has a low winrate in the first place. He has a really high skill ceiling (unless you're playing in a shit elo), and also a really high skill cap.

Same goes for yasuo and zed and riven (although I don't find riven fun). They're fun to play. But with popularity comes unreasonable hate (let's be real here, how many times have you seen an actual post claiming these champs are broken with any real sort of proof except for misusing words like toxic and anti fun?).

Long story short, yes he is very good at the moment, and yes he has shined in most metas since his release. However, meta is only really defined in LCS play, most people are not going to deal with an actual high level, stellar lee sin. That's why his winrate is low. However, people TRY to be that high level stellar lee sin which inflates his playrate. It has nothing to do with his overall brokenness.

I agree but I think Lee Sin will always be a good jungler in any meta or change of play in the game. Lee's kit is everything you want in a jungler unless he performs better that the top junglers Elise RekSai DrMundo he won't get nerfed, and if his winrate rises and Lee become's as strong as these junglers he won't get buffed anyway Lee seems like he would stay the same
