Should we see Rengar be changed into a fighter/bruiser?

So Rito, you have attempted 3 times to make Rengar function as an assassin, but it never works, he always ends up getting nerfed into the point where he needs to have such a hard snowball that it tends to be unrealistic ( and usually still resulting in him getting denied by a good support mid game), Plus his theme really doesn't fit an assassin, he follows the motto "I hunt only the strongest" but yet hes only going for the squishy immobile adc or apc, why not give him the ability to challenge jugguarnauts/tanks/fighters? I will prob get downvoted by nightblue3 and ryan choi fans and I really don't care, Rengar deserves to finally be put in a good location where he doesn't get perma-nerfed....

So heres my suggestion for a new kit (Empowered abilites will not have CD's like usual)

  1. Passive: Leap: Would function pretty much the same, but have more functionality in his kit Ferocity: will take 5 stacks instead of 4, but would take longer for fero stacks to drop off (think 15 seconds instead of 6) Bonetooth Necklace: First Stack - 2% increased movespeed per stack/ Second Stack - 2% CDR per stack/ Third Stack - 5% Attack speed per stack/ Fourth Stack - 2% damage reduction per stack/ Fifth Stack - 10% increased bonus hp (personally i feel this is the hardest part to balance about rengar)

  2. Q Savagery: CD: 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 sec Basic Active: Rengar savagely strikes his target on his next auto attack dealing 15/30/45/60/75 physical damage instantly and causing the target to bleed for 2/4/6/8/10% of their max HP (+ 100% of AD) as physical damage over the next 4 seconds Empowered Active: Rengar brutally strikes the target with both his blades on his next auto attack suppressing them for 1 second and dealing 2/4/6/8/10% of their max HP(+50% of Bonus AD) as true damage instantly Passive 1: Rengars auto attacks against bleeding targets deal an addition 4% of the targets max hp on-hit as magic damage Passive 2: For every tick of the bleed (ticks 1 time per second for a total of 4 ticks per bleed) lowers Rengars other CDs by 1 second, additonal usages of this abiility will force a tick and refresh the duration,

  3. W Battle Roar: CD: 40/36/32/28/24 sec Basic Active: Rengar lets out a powerful roar Increasing his attack speed by 20/40/60/80/100% for the next 6 seconds, in addition nearby enemies will be intimidated (550 range) reducing their attack speed by 5/10/15/20/25% and their attack damage by half that Empowered Active: Rengar lets out a ferocious healing himself for 10% of his missing hp (plus 5% for every nearby champion capping at 25% total healing) and breaking all cc applied to him, in addtion this un-nerves nearby enemy champions (1250 range) slowing them by 5-20% (based on level) for the next 3 seconds and causing his next attack to fear an un-nerved target for 1-2.5 seconds based on level

  4. E Bola Strike: CD: 30/27/24/21/18 sec Basic Active: Rengar throws a bola in a direction (1000 range) upon hitting a target will deal 60/100/140/180/220 physical damage and slowing them by 15/30/45/60/75% for the next 2 seconds (this slow decays over the duration) Empowered Active: Rengars bola will instead root its target for 1.5-2.5 seconds based on level, in addition if the target was a large monster or champion Rengar may Leap to this target

  5. R Thrill Of The Hunt CD 200/180/150 sec Basic Active: Rengar Embraces the Thrill Of The Hunt gaining 25/35/45% out of combat movement speed and 30/60/90% attack speed for the next 9/12/15 seconds, in addition, Rengar may Leap after casting and once every 6 seconds over the duration of Thrill Of The Hunt. If a champion is killed during Thrill Of The Hunt, The cooldown is reduced by 20% and the duration is refreshed Passive: Rengars tracks nearby champions (2000/3000/4000 range) gaining 25/50/75 out of combat movespeed while following their trail

After playing Rengar a few times, building full squishy is creates this hard play style that inevitably results in you getting blown up the instant you come out of stealth basically suicide for that one kill.

I could be wrong though as I'm not a Rengar main.

He can barely do that anymore due to his slow ass Q, no matter what they change with his reworks he always gets nerfed until his winrate is down to an average 45-48%

Rengar is still doing just fine

All the nerfs did was make him less of a faceroll champion.

He has a 46% win rate in high elo, he's not doing well

They can't balance stealth champions. Assasins kill you and die or kill you and then kill the rest of the team. Or kill noone, because get CCed. There is no way they are healthy for the game. The old Rengar was more fun to play and was taking more skill in comboing. The new Rengar is also unhealthy and had to be nerfed. What was the point of the rework?

To be honest I don't care about his stealth (as you can see with the fact that I didn't add it)
