Reminder that the shield breaking effect of irelia's passive should be moved to Vi's Vault Breaker

Seeing as how vi is currently being looked at on pbe. Thought this was something that should atleast be tested for the champion. It fits the theme to say the least.

Edit: you could even move it the dent proc too
