Who are the best non-OP junglers?

I'm looking for the best junglers who are still balanced (not Hecarim, Kha, Rengar) etc. so that I can learn them without much disruption to their kits. So far I'm thinking Elise and Jarvan but I generally do better on late game champions.

I used to play Nautilus and Diana JG, but I don't know if they are still viable in there now with all the changes that have been made.

My most recent playing of Nautilus JG didn't exactly go as well as I'd hoped, but I think it's because I was rusty from not playing JG for a while. I'll have to test with Diana JG and see how that one goes too.

Really, JarvanIV and Elise sound good to me, but I haven't tried them, so it's up to you.

I've been playing Sion and Cho'Gath jungle... And they seem to be great junglers.

Other junglers you may enjoy are Maokai, Sejuani (one of my main junglers; I main two junglers when I jungle), Nidalee (instead of flash, bring heal; it helps a lot), Ivern, and Vi (my other main jungler).

Elise is also a great choice... I haven't played Jarvan before; so I am no help there.

All in all, it is up to you. :)

EDIT: Realized that I quoted and not edited. My apologies. (On Mobile)
