braindead junglers

Anybody ever have that one case where you're playing a losing matchup for the first 5 minutes pushed into turret waiting for your jungler to gank only to have him gank the ezreal janna in the bot lane with 0 setup. then as soon as you push out of lane for even a second, the enemy jungler shows up and buttrapes you into a 0/3 lane? Does this only happen to me?
