remove the timer on draven axes.
Its really difficult to play him when your team takes so long to set plays up. the axe timer makes me really impatient and i make bad decisions because of that.

My biggest issue with ADC's is that they require patience and understanding of fights to be successful, and Draven's Q timers helps immensely with that. Also, without Q timers he'd be broken af
It seems like you want a Draven buff to compensate of your inadequacy of playing the champ (which is not an insult by any means, just indicating that it sounds like you need practice)
