But Spellvamp doesnt work on pets(i.e Heimer turrets, pedo bear, mord clone etc).

Lifesteal should work on wards, but only steal a percentage of the ONE DAMAGE you hit them for. So you get 1 health back, not 300 a hit.

Heimer's turrets are specifically immune to lifesteal/spellvamp. Tibbers + Morde's ghost should both allow spellvamp + lifesteal, though if they are attacking you it is unlikely you will notice.
