Riot, asking for clarification on Kalista and Martial Poise

@Riot Kalista's Martial Poise makes for some odd interactions. Passives such as Furor, Rage, and Phantom Dancer's passive seem like they may lack any value for Kalista while using Martial Poise. Do these passives make any difference for Kalista or are they without value for her? As well, what is the maximum attack speed Kalista can make use of while using Martial Poise at each opportunity? I would greatly appreciate an official answer to these questions.
