  1. malz ult only has no counterplay in lane. in teamfights the second he pops ult, stun/knockback/interrupt him and boom ult is useless. Also when he suppresses you, he also suppresses himself.
  2. he's completely immobile. Camp his ass
  3. His abilities have p high cooldowns.

i hate malzahar. Obviously all their mains will suggest you waste 1300 gold on first back to buy a qss to counter his 0 counterplay spell early
