Question about Stoneborn Pact
It says "Halved for ranged champions" in it. Does that mean the healing a ranged person provides is halved, or the healing a ranged person receives?

oSEXYPLATYPUSo2 votesSTONEBORN PACT Grants 5% maximum health as bonus health. Your crowd control effects brand enemy champions with an Earthen Rune for 4 seconds. Other allied champions who attack branded enemies heal for 5 (+ 2.5% of your maximum health) over 2 seconds (halved to 2.5 (+ 1.25% of your maximum health) if you are ranged).
i believe if your CC is ranged then the heal is halfed based on your HP as the person who cc the target when the passive heals your ally

So Stornborn Ashe wouldn't be that great
it was actually a boosting technique used in China with crit adc's like Jhin, Sivir Tristana
