it's a lighter slow, about the same size as a swain ult, but grants her a shield like nunu's ult. She has very low sustain otherwise so it's the only ability where she has a bit of sustain, besides being a juke god. It also has a long, fixed cast time in case you couldn't tell.

Keep in mind, the champion spotlight is meant to make the champion look OP. It wasn't just her ult in there; it was Rakan's W, Thresh's ult, and Xayah's ult, and by the looks of it, Neeko had a ton of AP.

Her numbers are also not final. She was disabled on the PBE for a reason. They're likely doing a tuning pass on her before putting her back out there for people to test. Her initial numbers were very, very high.

she was disabled due to being able to ult level 1 if she copied a champion that had an ult at level 1 (like udyr, karma, elise, etc)
