Can Kalista and other Bottom Tier ADC's Get Buffed Already?

I am so very weary of seeing two of the following in every game.

The game has become very, very stale as of late because of it.

Just because they're bottom tier doesn't mean they need to be buffed. Kalista is still very strong if you know how to use her, and I know a lot of people say that but kalista's kit is just really strong in general. Great engage, vision, some of the best kiting, pretty good execute move, mobile, etc. Buffing her is going to make her broken.

Kalista is not strong. In any sense of the word. She's at below 40% in some elos. If high elos can't make her work, nobody can.

Kalista probably will get buffed at some point. She's so team oriented that buffing her makes her an automatic pick in LCS so Riot was likely intentionally not buffing her so she wasn't played at Worlds.
